I was a Sims 1 player and aside from decorating houses, I really enjoyed reading Sims stories. I tried my hand at a few but failed miserably so gave up the idea. When Sims 2 was announced, I heard about the video recording feature and was immediately interested. September 2004 rolled around and I waited impatiently to have my computer built so I could play (my old computer did not have the specs to handle the game) and by late October I was ready to go. I did some test shots and found it fun but it wasn't until I stumbled onto the Sims BBS (the movie making section was very small at the time) and watched some movies that it sparked my love of making machinima. I didn't want to do anything but make movies in my free time the first year or two but now I've slowed down a bit. I still enjoy creating machinima and have been delighted at the progress Sims movies have made over the past three years.
These single movies are mainly music videos with a few talkies. Click on the movie poster to select the movie and read to read the description. Press the play button to watch the movie . Movies are presented in reverse order of release dates starting with the latest release. All of 2007 and some of 2006 have been spent making episodes for my long-running "Adventures in Dating" series which is why there hasn't been a new single movie since 2006. Visit the AinD site to watch the newest episodes.
